Implementation

The SHLP project management team will utilise our own method of putting the concept, vision and theory into practice. We will then agree with you a project timeline, benchmarks and process using a PRINCE2 ™ hybrid methodology.

As the portal framework and content is developed, you will have secure and dedicated access to the build, enabling you to comment, review and provide feedback.

SHLP will conduct regular reviews and manage your expectations through to project completion.

The Portal lifecycle ranges from four to sixteen weeks depending on project requirements.
